No more than any other electronic device with a display. It's just light. Now eye fatigue is one thing, but there's nothing specific about any iPhone that would damage eyes simply by looking at a display. I guess staring at the flash over and over might cause white spots, but that's temporary. It wouldn't be a good idea long term.


But just normally? I don't think so.
