New iPhone 13 is cutting in and out during calls

Me and my Fiancé just got the new IPhone 13 and it’s cutting in and out during calls. Has anyone else experienced the problem? I have full signal with my service and it still happens.

Hello BearTracks19,

After reviewing your post, it seems like you have a new iPhone, and there is trouble hearing people because they are cutting in and out. There are a couple of things you can try that may be able to help. We would recommend you read these articles and use them to help troubleshoot the issue.

Does this happen to all calls or to one contact?

Does this happen in one location or everywhere?

  1. "Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > General > About.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update."

Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone

"Take out the SIM card

After removing the SIM card, put it back in. You might need to contact your carrier:

  • If the SIM card is damaged, or doesn't fit in the SIM tray, ask your carrier for a new SIM card.
  • If you transferred your SIM card from another device, ask your carrier if your SIM card works with your iPhone or iPad."

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need additional assistance.
