I listen to AppleMusic on my iPhone while using my Mac because the Music app on the Mac sucks, so I want the bluetooth connection settings for my AirPods Pro to be on "When Last Connected to This Mac." My Mac seems to remember this setting when while I'm logged in, but as soon as I log out and log back in, it resets itself to automatically connect to my AirPods. Any suggestions?

Another step you can take is to temporarily start in safe mode and then restart out of safe mode normally, then see if the issue continues.
