GarageBand and MIDI bluetooth and Roland Piano

Hello, I am trying to connect my Roland Go Piano with Garage Band via Bluetooth MIDI.

Conection was established, I can play in Garage Band and hear soun from piano.

Problem is when i try to use piano as MIDI controler and try to record some music notes. It did not work.

Am I doying something wrong or in this configuration it cannot be use my piano as MIDI controler?

Thing is I bought myself a Casio digital piano with tons of built in voices (organs, strings, synths, etc.) and I want to use these to record music directly (without an external microphone). However, when I connect the keyboard via MIDI to GarageBand, I can only use the GarageBand tones, but not the ones from my piano. Is it possible to play with my keyboard's voices instead of the GarageBand sounds? Or, in any case, do I need any other software to do that? Thanks in advance.

control casio keyboard with garageband I have a Casio CT-x3000 and I would like to send midi notes from Garageband to trigger the keyboard so I can use and hear the sounds from the keyboard. The keyboard only has a USB connection for midi to the computer and I can play the keyboard and it will trigger midi in Garageband, but I want the data to flow in the other direction. Can this be done?

MIDI-signal I have a digital piano (Thomann) with a (so called) USB output. Please see added picture! The connection to my MacBook shall be used by this item: It's said by Thomann that if I play a tune on the piano there will be 'MIDI signals' into the MacBook. Do I dare to try that? Will there be a file generated?
