New iPhone data transfer problems

Hi. I got a new iPhone 13 pro and transferred all my data from my old iPhone by putting phone side by side. Phones said data transfer worked but I now can’t Sign In with Apple ID password on new phone. Says some stuff won’t work until i sign in again but I do that and it freezes then continually and then still says same message. Also asks for my password but says error every time i put it in.
