Apple Wallet

I am getting the following message when trying to add movie tickets to my Apple wallet. I have tried to restart my iPhone, but still get the same message.

“No Wallet Pass Data Found”

Have you ever been able to add tickets before? Double check that you are following at the steps in this support document for troubleshooting. Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet - Apple Support
