Apple doesn't unlock phones.
The carrier it is locked to has to unlock them.
Contact AT&T.
Also posting your phone number on the internet is not wise.

So you need to talk to your old carrier, AT&T. It often involves paying a fee. There may be a way to do it on their website, or you may want to call them.

It should definitely be your carrier. Apple can’t unlock you from a carrier on behalf of them.
I've had that done in my family. It requires that the carrier chooses to unlock - usually after the contract terms are fulfilled or a cancellation penalty is paid. And in this case it took several days before the unlock too effect.
We have Apple IPnones and changed from ATT to Comcast. Comcast sent new SIM cards installed per their instruct. The message said call Apple to have your phones unlocked

I took my locked iPhone 12 mini to VERIZON. They referred me to Apple. Can anyone confirm if it is the carrier or manufacturer that can unlock the phone? Thanks!
Unlocked by Verizon. Should be automatic.
Verizon has a 60 day policy on unlocking for anyone, except for military personnel with orders to deploy outside of Verizon's coverage area, where they will unlock on request. It also sounds like it doesn't matter if it's on a contract or not, but the customer has to pay the bills.
