So I have been using iPhone 11 and i just realized my camera doesn’t work like it used to be. It seems jittery and trying so hard to focus when I took a video. I try with slowmo video but it works properly but when it comes to regular video the jittery so noticeable. Please help. I have been contacting apple support and they say it’s software problem not hardware

I am not clear on what basis they said that because if it was a software issue then all the iPhones that have the same software should have similar issues as your device.
Oh i somehow transfer my iPhone analytics data to the apple support team and after they check it out, they said there is no hardware problem but deep inside I’m nor sure aswell.
