Audio Issues

I have a 2020 iPhone SE In perfect condition.

I have checked with phone outside the case and with covers all removed and off and on a tripod.

When I first record a video there is a crackling / underwater sound for about 3 seconds and then after that the audio remains very low quality.

We have owned many iPhones and never had this problem!

any ideas?

Iphone 11 static noise I just got an iPhone 11, I had it for less than a month. When I make a phone call or face time the other person can't hear me, all they can hear is static noise. When I make a video on the camera, the recording shows no problem. Same with the app WhatsApp the recordings for my audio are fine. But when I try Snapchat and Instagram the recording gives the same static noise outcome for the audio. The phone was never dropped or got wet so I really don't understand what's happening. I already tried a soft reset, settings reset, updated to the latest version, and played with the audio settings. What can I do about this, has anyone gone through this?

I sound broken-up and hard to hear on speakerphone, but my audio on videos I record is fine. Any ideas? No change when I take off my iPhone case.
