Hi all,
my wife’s iPad Pro had refused to complete an update since the one for iOS 15. We’ve tried everything we can think of, and, of course, it’s out of it Apple support.
Does anyone have idea how we can catch this iPad Pro? We’re now at iOS 15.2.1 and it’s falling further behind.

These are the only things I can think of.
You must have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Or connect to a PC with the latest version of iTunes installed.
Charge the battery to 50% or higher.
Turn off Battery saving mode.
Don't use a Hotspot.
Don't use VPN.
And make sure you have enough free space.
Maybe I didn’t explain it well, sorry.
She was able to initially to perform the update to iOS 15 when it came out, but there have been three further updates to 15 since then, now at 15.2.1 as of today, but she has not been able to perform any of those. Each update beyond iOS 15 gets stuck at “installing” where it will stall endlessly until she does a restart on the iPad. We’re concerned that her iPad Pro is falling further and further behind.

We have a very stable and strong WiFi connection,
she routinely does updates with charger connected if there is less than 50% battery power,
battery saver is off,
no hot spot or VPN being used,
only 92 GB used of 256 GB available.
Any ideas?
Your question doesn't make sense.
There is no newer update; so what do you want if you already have the latest one (iPadOS 15.2.1)???
