I got a new Apple 13 ProMax. When I try to pair my apple 7 watch, the process starts, then says cannot pair. I've turned both off and back on. I cannot get to screen for unpairing watch, remains on unable to connect to Apple Watch screen.
Any suggestions?

Series 3 watches with their low memory level are causing pairing issues with new phones. What I've seen which works is to fully wipe the watch and set it up as new on your new phone.
If you don't have the previous phone, go to www.icloud.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and Password. Go to devices and remove your Apple Watch 3, which will wipe it.
Once wiped clean, you should be able to pair it and set it up again on your new phone.
