Why is my iPhone not showing my location even when my location is switched on ? My phone says can’t update location ? And shows a postcode constantly of rm17 and I live in rm15 ?

Specifically, use the steps below:

"If you have your device with you

1. Check that you signed in to iCloud on your device: Tap Settings. If you see "Sign in to your [device]," tap it and enter your Apple ID and password.
2. Make sure that you signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices. 
3. Check that the device has a cellular or Wi-Fi network connection. If it does and you still can't see it in Find My, turn Airplane Mode on and off. Still not seeing it in Find My? Restart your device. 
4. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Check that Set Automatically is on."

If you're concerned about other devices signed in to your Apple ID, check out this page: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

In regard to the location discrepancy, do you notice this when connected to Wi-Fi, cellular, or both?

If this happens on Wi-Fi, try connecting to another network, and see if the issue persists.

Also, if you launch the Maps app, does that show the correct location?
