iPhone 12 won’t ring

iPhone 12 vibrates but doesn’t ring on incoming calls. Turned off focus and dnd….still doesn’t ring. Turned phone off and back on again. Didn’t work. Why isn’t my phone ringing?

Same here - since latest update. And no, we're not stupid - must be a bug. Mute is not on. Focus/do not disturb is not on. I can't even get it to vibrate. I have checked every setting - volume is at max. This needs to be addressed ASAP. I have an iphone 11, don't know if that's the issue but obviously the latest software wasn't thoroughly checked.

Please check the mute switch along the edge, near the external volume controls.

It is not the mute switch....every sound feature is turned on; focus is turned off; dnd is turned off. My phone vibrates but will not ring.

Same frustration with these major OS updates - they wipe out most of the login data and other settings as well. Hope they figure it out and at least warn people.
