I have a lot of albums and songs that I cannot play in the Apple Music because an unknown error.
it says: “the operation could not be completed, an unknown error occurred (-42800)”.

I don't see that error code listed. I suggest you use the 'Get Support' link at the top-right corner of this page and ask Apple.
