Internet speeds

I recently upgraded to Spectum 400 from 100. When I connect to the modem directly on my MacBook Pro I gets speeds of 400. When I connect to the wireless network I get speeds of 18 to 26 on MacBook and speeds of 18 to 229 on my iPhone. I have a UniFi wireless network USG-3P UAP-AC-

Any output speeds from your modem are managed by that modem. Sometimes resetting the modem fixes those issues. To reset it, turn it off and then turnout back on after a minute or two. If that fails to fix the problem, I strongly recommend that you directly contact the modem manufacturer for assistance.
