some one stole my acount

please this my husband account someone stole my apple id account please I need your help they change my phone number and my email and my name out of nowhere please this is my Email and I have all the documents please I need your Support to solve this problem my mac book and my phone apple watch everything apple in the life i use this account since 2014 maybe
