Cancel a app subscription.

I took on a free 14 day trial for the Breethe App. I tried to cancel before the 14 days were up. There is no access anywhere on the app to allow you to cancel. I tried emailing them with no response. I even went into my iPhone settings under subscriptions, it not there. This app seems to be making it difficult to cancel. Does anybody know how I can cancel this please.
