Purchased ICloud back up but it isn’t able to back up my data. Says not enough space but I have 50GB so it shouldn’t be that.

Simple solution- sign out of icloud, restart device and sign back in. Now check your icloud storage will be updated and you will be able to hack up. Good luck
I purchased an iPhone 13 mini and have begun to create many more photos and videos. I received a message that my iCloud back up was getting full, so I signed up for the storage increase ($.99/month) However, I am still getting messages that my storage is full, and that items are no longer being stored. How do I check to see if my transaction went through, and why am I still getting these notices?
