iCloud Storage Question...

My "Backup" of three devices is using 139 GB of iCloud storage.

Is there a way of reviewing what is "is" and "is not" being backed up and what is included in the backup files?

It just seems like a lot of space, especially when I have a 200 GB plan and photos videos use another 27 GB (which seems about right).

It’s basically the data attached to all of your apps, your messages (if messages in iCloud is disabled, they get stored in backups), of which could include a lot of photos within the conversations, almost everything on your device.

What does iCloud back up? – Apple Support (UK)

You could cut things down by enabling Messages in iCloud on all your devices, which will synchronise the messages, instead of storing a copy in each backup.
