EtreCheck Report ( Check for Spyware )
I feel that I have a spyware installed on my MacBook Pro. I ran EtreCheck and I would appreciate it a lot if you could read my EtreCheck Report.
Thank you a lot.

Uninstall Sophos and Avast and any other anti-virus software by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus software, cleaning apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and interferes with the normal operation of macOS. These types of apps usually causes more problems than they solve plus they impact system performance. If you do need to scan your system because you believe malware or adware has been installed, then run MalwareBytes (there is no reason to keep it installed either).
macOS already has great built-in security. Just practice safe computing habits and you minimize the chances even more of having the Mac or your personal information compromised. See this article for some tips on safe computing habits written by a respected forum contributor:

Edit: Forgot to mention Avast anti-virus was installed. If you do insist on using an anti-virus app, then you should only ever have one such app installed since they step on each others toes which can wreak havoc to macOS. One such app is already bad enough. While you do have a couple apps installed that I don't recognize, I don't believe you have any malware installed although the foreign language does make it a bit difficult to parse.
