Why is Apple charging me ?

Heyy so I added my cash app card on my phone , but Apple keeps charging me $14 for something that I don’t even know, it’s not any of my subscriptions cause I canceled them, and now it won’t let me download apps without me putting a card on file , so that they can eat up my money !!! How do I stop this
