My old iphonex got stuck in a belt loop and they could not repair/restore it to working order. I had to get a new iphone11, I logged onto my icloud on my new phone and all my old messages did not show back. I need them for very important reasons. Is there a way for me to restore my old text messages?
If your old iPhone 11 had been backing up to iCloud, and Messages in iCloud was off (it is by default, so if you didn’t change it, it should be off), the messages should be there if you restore to a backup. Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup – Apple Support (UK)
