Pink screen
Its been a month since when I’m using an iPhone 13 pro max. Since then my phone screen goes pink in the middle of my work and restarts itself. It happened for the 5th time today.

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If the above does not work then - Your iPhone 13 Pro Max is still under Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of it. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.

I’d go to the nearest authorized service and return the device :C they will probably give you a new one as replacement
I have just got a new one as a replacement. Seems that IT IS a hardware issue after all, despite rumors that it is software-based issue. So far everything works, lets see in a few days :)
I have the exact same issue, started happening after 2 months when I switched to using eSIM! Phone would restart constantly every like 5 to 10 minutes. Pink screen for a second and then bum, phone restarts! Phone is returned to authorized service. I am really ****** that after spending a significant amount of money for top of the line product such things happen...
To be honest I really don't believe its software... Seeing some discussion on the web, Apple suggest that it is software. However, they said that iOS 15.3 will fix it. For me, it was happening on 15.3.... I did an update to this version and afterwards, issue still was present. No hard reset nor the full data erase helped in my case...
Ohhhh . Some people i met online having the same problem told me that it happened to them only once. it hasnt happened to them after a couple months also, so I was think maybe its just a software or the phones memory overloaded. When you got the pink screen, did it happen continuously or it happen once then after a couple of weeks/months it started happening again?
Constantly, like every 5/10 to 30 minutes, non-stop. Phone restarted even during erasing the data :laughing:
And it all started when I switched over to eSIM and changed the mobile operator. Prior to it I was on a regular sim card. Maybe I just bought an iPhone with non functioning eSIM functionality in the first place, dunno...
I'm having this problem too after updating to the latest iOS (15.3.1) on Saturday. The screen has been turning pink and restarting every 3-5mins, making it unusable. I have the 13 pro. Tried hard reset, restart, wiped everything and restarted from new but it's still happening.
Sad to hear that. For now I haven't experienced again the pink screen. Who knows when it will happen again. Hoping that Apple addresses this issue. Did the service center say that they will replace your phone?
Hi, any update for this? Did you return phone and have it replaced? I ve experinced the same thing recently but it only happened once. Is it a hardware issue or a software? thanks!
I gave the device to authorized service today. Hoping to have a brand new replacement as I don't want to have 2 months old phone that already was gut opened and fixed... :C
Yea, I have an appointment this afternoon but I wasn't sure whether to take it there or to Verizon, since it's through them?
