I can’t seem to switch accounts on safari using Google

I had that same issue on Safari where I couldn't switch between accounts. I solved this by clearing all cookies and local storage. You will have to enable the developer tools on Safari (Safari > Preferences > Advanced). Then from gmail, click show web inspector and delete all cooking and local storage (trash icon on top right). Maybe only cookies is needed, but went for a full cleanup.

This worked for me .. on my Mac, the setting in Safari preferences / Advanced was "Show Develop in Menu Bar" .. then look at the menu, find "Develop" and then "Show Web Inspector" .. I cleared cookies and storage and now I can switch between my gmail accounts that I am signed into again! TY for the tip @jeanfredericp!

Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

Try going to Google's website using a different web browser. See if it gives you the option to switch accounts now.

I am having the same issue. I tired restarting the Mac but it didn't help.

Gmail works fine on Chrome.
