Mail App "This message has no content"

This problem continues to plague my macs. I recently upgraded to MacBookAir with the M1, running OS Monterey. A week later, problem again happening almost daily. I have my gmail come into my iphone 7 as well, and no problem there. Tried the suggestion to drag a message to another mailbox and back, but it did not work.

Need a solution!
