software updates issue

My mobile isn't updating

it is showing your software is up to date but it is at IOS 12.5.5

at first i thought it wasn't updating due storage issue so i deleted some photos ,apps, etc now 9.4 GB of 16 GB used it is showing

so, how can i get software update please can u help me
