Unable to update software

Its been more than 3 days now but still unable to get the latest software update. Its my new phone so no storage issue. I click on download n install and it shows update requested. Just that and nothing else. Please help!

Try cancelling the update and starting it again. Alternatively, try updating with a computer. Click on a link below for full instructions about how to update with wi-fi or 5G, or using a computer if you have storage or connectivity issues.
