I forgot my parental control pin so I can’t turn off find my iPhone on my daughter’s phone. I need to turn off find my iPhone for her to turn in her old phone

We suggest following the steps here: If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
If those steps don’t help, you can erase the iPhone to remove the passcode. You will need to set the device up as new, as restoring from a backup will reinstate the passcode: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
