I own a Mac mini M1 and need to enable System Extensions.
Can't boot in Recovery Mode as I always get the following message:
"there are no users on this volume to recover"
My user has admin privileges and was created during the fist boot process.
How can I fix this?

Specifically the section titled "Start up your computer in macOS Recovery."
If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Which macOS version are you currently using? How many user accounts do you have on your Mac? Also, have you ever been able to boot into macOS Recovery previously?

Thanks for the reply.
1- I was attempting to boot into Recovery as per Use macOS Recovery on a Mac with Apple silicon
2- I have Mac OS v 12.1
3- I have only 1 account (admin)
4- This was my first attempt to boot in Recovery Mode

I created a new user account and when I boot into Recovery Mode I can see the two users. My original one and the new one. Now I can choose my original one and enable system extensions.
What is the logic?

Thank you for those details. The reason we added the test user account is because of the alert you received about not having any users.
Now that it appears to be working, let's remove the user account and see if you can still log into recovery.
