I need to talk to a rep..new password was denied on my smart tv through Roku

I changed my password in order to use the apple tv app on my smart tv...I tried to sign in and it didn't recognize my new password

I changed my password in order to use the apple tv app on my smart tv.

That shouldn’t be needed. An existing password should work fine.

How did you change it? Like this? Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support. If different, then that’s your issue.


I tried to sign in and it didn't recognize my new password

Then it probably didn’t match the credentials check stored on Apple’s servers.


I need to talk to a rep..
