I work form home, and the job requires a Test Run to make sure the computer is compatible.My computer meets all the requirements but when I run the test my IMac passes everything but Fail that it's OS MAC OS 10.15.7 Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10. I'm also getting message like "value cannot be null. parameter name: source" could you guys help with the issue???

Talk to your IT department. It's possible that the software they are using to test doesn't deal with any version of macOS that is not 10.x.x. Monterey is 12. Big Sur was 11.

It sounds like you are running a proprietary app/utility provided by your employer and that app is producing an error. Unfortunately the error that proprietary app is producing can only be resolved by the app's developer.
Unfortunately you have not told us anything useful that we can use to help you. For example by Test Run, what exactly do you mean?? We might be able to help you but we are not mind readers and depend on you to write a descriptive question so we can understand what the issue is and what the problem may be.
