Convert iPhone iOS 15.1voice memo to alarm ringtone

How do I convert a voice memo on iPhone X iOS 15.1 to alarm/ringtone? iTunes has been removed, Music is there instead and doesn't work with Ringmaker app. Thanks!

Try taking the ringtone and importing it into GarageBand, then exporting the project as a ringtone.

I just stumbled on how to do it with iMazing App and it was pretty straightforward.
