how to reinstall app music free that I remove accidentaly on my iphone 7

when I try to reinstall it by appstore it is written it is free for 3 months and $9.99 per month after

I don't know what to do

You are talking about two very different things.

The Music app. This app is free. It may well still exist in your App Library. Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support
Apple Music. This is a subscription service that is priced as you stated in your post. Apple Music - Apple

I thank you for answering but the app music doesn't exist in my app library and when I go to app store and use the download icon I receive it but there is a message that tell me that I have it free for 3 months and after it is $9.99 a month

I am confused because you say it is a free app
