Changing Apple ID email
I got to the part where it wanted me to enter my password and I forgot and there is no option to click on forgot password. And I no longer use the old email that I originally signed up for years and years ago
See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
