how do I reset my iPhone to earlier settings and if I reset it how do I get it back to the apps and some info I had in it. I’ve used stupid android my entire life and I’m so hacked all the time it’s coming to my mac and apple. Passwords are driving me nuts in this to , what should I do?

Have you tried restoring from a backup? Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore. You can't access a backup to see the contents and only restore certain files.
