Empty and broken sealed box delivered

I purchased I phone 13 pro max. Yesterday received package. But box seal broken and empty.

What should i do?

Defect? My new Iphone 13 Pro Max inside the box was packaged not as it should be. So, I bought new Iphone 13 Pro Max from the Apple store (store pick up) and when I opened the box I was surprised the cable was not sitting all inside that round indented form that is made for that purpose. It was half in and half out, I think because it was rolled the way that it can not get in. And as the result the phone was sitting not flat in the box too. I have never seen such defect in packing of Apple products and it really bothers me. How could it happen... Did anyone see something like this in their new products? Thank you.

Empty package received I ordered an iPhone 12 mini for my daughter. Once the ups package arrived today. The package was in front of my door and the person didn't ask for a signature. The package felt very light. Once she opened the package, there was nothing inside the package. It was EMPTY! There was no iPhone box inside. The box was not sealed see the pictures below. We ran to talk to the UPS person and he said that he didn't know what happened, suggested to call the apple. I called and explained the situation. They logged the complaint and asked me to wait for 2-3 business days. Very bad experience and My fingers crossed! please suggest to me, what else I can do from my side?
