Defect? My new Iphone 13 Pro Max inside the box was packaged not as it should be.

So, I bought new Iphone 13 Pro Max from the Apple store (store pick up) and when I opened the box I was surprised the cable was not sitting all inside that round indented form that is made for that purpose. It was half in and half out, I think because it was rolled the way that it can not get in. And as the result the phone was sitting not flat in the box too. I have never seen such defect in packing of Apple products and it really bothers me. How could it happen... Did anyone see something like this in their new products? Thank you.
