I do not have the option to change my passcode or face id. It is not even showing up in settings

I do not have the option to change my passcode. It is not showing up in settings where it should be in between exposure notifications and emergency sos.

Check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Passcode Changes.. that might be set to Don't Allow?
