My iphon’s upper part of the screen won’t respond to touch even after reset it twice

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

You may have a failing display. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.

Does that happen in a specific app or throuh entire ui.Recently i faced same issue in upper part of YouTube app .
