Hi, the last month i subscribe on chegg program for 14.99 for one month and i payed with my payment card and it's okay but i didn't realize that the auto sbscription is on , so on sunday 9/1/2022 i received a message on my email that i have subscribe again wit them . I contact with them and i told them that i want to cancel my subscription and they agree and tell me that they will give back my money on the next 5 days and when the period is end i contact with them again and they tell me that apple is responsiple for given my money back . So, when the money will return to me ?

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
