Software update

My MacBook Air doesn’t have OS due to some technical problems that I faced during the installation of OS through technical apple team they scheduled me for an appointment but I couldn’t reach out due to work issues if it possible kindly schedule me again for today because I’m off.

You need to contact Apple Support directly in your region or the store where you made the appointment to reschedule.
