I was using an iPhone 11 and then I changed to an iPhone 13 recently because my WhatsApp closes for no reason and asks me to restart my phone every time , I have done all I could . Other app freezes when it starts to act up on whatsapp

I was using an iPhone 11 and then I changed to an iPhone 13 recently because my WhatsApp closes for no reason and asks me to restart my phone every time , I have done all I could even deleted my app but still the same. Other app freezes when it starts to act up on whatsapp. My camera don’t work my Instagram videos don’t play nothing works. “WhatsApp couldn’t start. Please restart your iPhone if the problem continues” Please help!!!
