I had such a situation. I requested a refund of 41.99 euros for a subscription to the sleepzy app on December 11, 2021, which I subscribed to by accident. The iTunes account indicates that the return was made, but the transaction is not completed. The bank told me that the funds were received, but nothing came to me. It's been more than a month, I'm worried, because there was no money on my card.
