Yes.

Excerpted from About Mac power adapters - Apple Support:

"If your Mac uses USB-C to charge, you can charge your Mac notebook with any USB-C power adapter or display. For the best charging experience, you should use the power adapter and cable included with your Mac notebook."

Power adapters and cables capable of supplying power greater than what your Mac requires will not cause it to charge any faster, but they won't damage anything. Conversely, lower power ratings will cause your Mac to charge slower or not at all, but that won't damage anything either.

  1. No. This is not a concern.
  2. No, and it is normal for power adapters to become warm. Please refer to "If the adapter gets warm" in If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac notebook - Apple Support.
  3. Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures describes similar precautions you can take to ensure your Mac remains comfortable.

Both your Mac and genuine Apple power adapters contain internal protective circuitry designed to shut them down before they become so hot they could be internally damaged, or could risk damaging something else.

Off-brand power adapters such as yours should incorporate those same protections, but I have no way to be certain of that. If it concerns you (and it should!) I suggest you contact Baseus and ask them.
