Just been with my MBP 2020 on all the time and actually used it as per official screen time about 4-5 hrs only online and it lasted about 5 -6 hrs.

Consider the fact that they have removed most of the ports that the MBP mid 2015 had and the MBP mid 2015 battery gives better performence than the MBP 2020 i5.

We should consider the fact that apple is not standing up top facts and readily blames MBP owner use while it is it´s own false advertising

LiIon batteries should not be run dead, and there is a reason the indicator turns red early rather than at 2%. Even "long term storage" level is 50%. If you are near an outlet, plug it in. When you turn it off at night, plug it in. Battery will charge even if the system is not running. Battery will not overcharge.
