Can I pre-set hours for the stand reminders to be off? Perhaps with a 'focus' function or to set them for only 2-7 PM? (those are the hours I need reminding!

You would need to set the focus function so that it allowed all other apps (which could take time to add but is doable) to give you notifications. There's no way to do it automatically.
