Assuming your computer can be upgraded to Catalina please refer to How to get old versions of macOS.

Your potential OS upgrade path is absolutely linked to your Mac's model year, which you have not provided. We cannot give you a specific answer without more information.


We need to know your Mac's model and sub-model, as well as the OS version it is now running. All are quickly available by doing "About this Mac." Looks like this depending on yoru curretn OS level:
