robo killer is still blocking my calls even though I deleted it a week ago.

How can I delete Robo Killer from my iphone xr. I deleted the app last week and the data was supposed to be deleted also.. So, apparently it didn't due to face I am still getting blocked on some important calls. Think RObo might be looking for a lawsuit if I lose any business while they hold my phones data and still blocks.
