How do I get my over stretched home screen back to normal so I can login and use my phone. The phone in question is 13Pro

My new Iphone 13 Pro often has a stretched screen that freezes. I have to restart. Tonight it is locked in the stretched screen and does not respond when I touch the Volume Up, then the Volume down, then hold the side button for 30 seconds. I am beyond frustrated.

You have somehow enabled screen zoom. Double-tap the screen with THREE fingers. Then go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off Zoom.
