Installing macOS Monterey
I am trying to install macOS Monterey but it’s asking for me to log in as an administrator. I try to use my password but it is not allowing me.

The Password for Apple ID is normally Not the Same Password for the computer.
If you have forgotten the Computer password or need to change the Computer Password
Reset Computer Password - this will change the Admin Account Password.
Intel Computer
1 - Restart computer and immediately hold Command + r keys
2 - Top Tool Bar >> Utilities >> Terminal
3 - Type resetpassword as one word and no spaces
4 - Press Return key
5 - Follow the prompts and remember the New Password
Apple Silicon M1 Computer
1 - Choose Apple menu > > Shut Down.
2 - Press and hold the power button on your Mac until you see “Loading startup options.”
3 - Click Options, then click Continue.
4 - Top Tool Bar >> Utilities >> Terminal
5 - Type resetpassword as one word and no spaces
6 - Press Return key
7 - Follow the prompts and remember the New Password

The Other account as in Standard account would not be the issue. Your account is the Admin of this computer.
The password is the password used when logging into the computer under your account.
It is saying the password is incorrect when attempting to input it in from your first picture?
If there is more than one account on this computer ?
The Admin of this computer is the Only Admin of this computer has the privileges to allow this upgrade to occur.
My Apple password isn’t working to sign in. Could it be because of the other users? How am I able to delete those?
Does the Veronica Leon account have administrative rights?
Go to System Preferences>Users & Groups. In the right pane is Admin listed below the user Veronica Leon?
I have no idea why but it was the password for my Apple ID. But I did get it to work. Thank you for your assistance
